PSFS Control Panel
The Control Panel puts you, the user, in the driving seat. From here users can:
- manage their quarantined email
- re-deliver email
- approve, whitelist and blacklist senders and domains
- create and schedule quarantine reports
- add and remove quarantine users
- create email aliases
- set up mail forwarding
The Dashboard
The dashboard tab of the control panel provides filtering statistics for your PSFS account.
The Quarantine Plus feature allows you to research the status of messages that have passed through the filtering system in the last 30 days. From this area you can:
Manage Spam
- Search for and view spam messages and raw headers that were caught by the filtering system.
- Release quarantined messages and optionally whitelist (approve) the sender.
- Setup and manage email-based quarantine reports. See 3.1 How do I enable Quarantine Reports?
- Delete spam from the quarantine*.
- View deleted spam*.
*Spam is automatically deleted and permanently purged from our servers after 30 days.
Manage Clean Email
- View messages that are waiting to deliver. See 3.2 View or re-queue messages that are waiting to deliver
- View delivery status and raw delivery logs for clean messages. See 3.3 View raw mail delivery logs for clean messages
- View or redeliver clean messages* and headers that have been received in the last 30 days.See 3.4 View and redeliver clean messages
- View or re-queue messages that failed to deliver. See 3.5 View or re-queue messages that failed to deliver
*Only "my quarantine" users and the primary account contact can see the details of clean mail. Clean email is automatically deleted and purged after 30 days.
